Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product
- The product is incomplete or missing parts
- The item is unused and in original packaging (for non-food items)
Food items such as pickles and gulkand are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless damaged during delivery.
Return Request Timeline
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To initiate a return:

- Our team will verify and guide you further
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Replacement Policy
If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or discounted products (unless defective)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
